Why this costs so much
A missed call feels small. But people who call usually want to sort something out now. If you are not reachable, they call the next name on the list. A no-show costs even more: you kept time free that you can no longer fill.
Let customers book themselves
Most people call because they want to make an appointment. Give them a way to do that themselves, on your website or through a link you share. They see which times are free, pick one and get a confirmation right away. You don't have to sit in between.
That works outside your opening hours too. Many people plan their week in the evening.
Reminders that actually work
A large share of no-shows is simply forgetting. A short reminder helps:
- A confirmation right after booking, with date, time and address.
- A reminder the day before, by email or message.
- An easy way to reschedule, so someone picks a new time instead of staying away.
- A calendar invite the customer can add to their own calendar in one click.
Catch every request
Can't pick up after all? Make sure there is a clear second route. A short form, a WhatsApp button or a call-back request. Everything comes in at one place, so nothing gets lost and you know who still needs a call back.
How we build this
For businesses that work with appointments, we build a booking system that connects to your website and your calendar. Confirmations and reminders go out by themselves. In our work you can see it for a personal trainer and a barbershop, among others.
