Who we built for

OUR WORK.

The business owners we built for. How it was, what we did and what it does now.

Restaurant

Brhan

Website, kitchen workflow and content

Brhan brings Eritrean and Ethiopian food to Lelystad. The project connects the way guests discover the restaurant with the way the team organises service.

What was there
The brief called for clear menus and reservations for guests, with a shared view of orders for the kitchen and floor.
What we did
We created the restaurant website with menus, table reservations and catering information, alongside a kitchen workflow that brings orders and their status into one overview. Supporting content gives the food and atmosphere a recognisable place online.
What it does
Guests can explore the food and take the next step. The service team can follow the same order information instead of relying on separate updates.

“The team understood the atmosphere we wanted for Brhan. The website gives people a good feel for our food, and the kitchen overview is useful during service. We appreciate having someone we can contact when we want to develop things further.”

Personal training

R&R PT

Website and client portal

R&R PT helps people work towards their training goals in Lelystad. The website and portal give both new enquiries and existing clients a clear place to start.

What was there
Training programmes, intake information and ongoing client guidance needed a consistent digital home.
What we did
We brought the coaching offer, packages and intake routes together on the website. A separate client portal supports personal access to training information and progress, while the trainer keeps the relevant client information organised.
What it does
Prospective clients can understand the offer before getting in touch. Existing clients have a dedicated place for their guidance beyond the training session.

“What I liked was that the team looked at how I actually coach. The website explains my programmes clearly, and the client environment fits the way I want to guide people between sessions. It feels like part of my service.”

Restaurant and café

Desi & Dutch

Website, kitchen workflow, staff management and content

Desi & Dutch combines Pakistani and Indian food with a café setting in Utrecht. The project supports both the guest experience and the organisation behind the counter.

What was there
Reservations, orders and staff organisation needed to work together around the restaurant’s daily routine.
What we did
We created a website with menus, reservations and ordering routes. The wider project includes the kitchen and till workflow, an internal staff management environment and supporting content, bringing the public presentation and internal work closer together.
What it does
Guests can find the menu and plan their visit. Inside the restaurant, the team has a more structured place to follow orders and organise staffing.

“As a restaurant, we are very happy with our collaboration with Rezamone. We genuinely feel part of a community we can rely on. Alongside the till system, a website and an internal staff management system were set up for Desi & Dutch, which helps enormously with the restaurant’s daily organisation. Everything works clearly and efficiently. Rezamone’s involvement, ideas and presence really make the difference. We certainly recommend them to business owners who want their company to run more efficiently.”

Renovation

Renosnel

Website and client management

Renosnel works on bathrooms, stairs, floors and other renovation projects. The website helps people describe a project before the first conversation.

What was there
The starting need was a clear presentation of the services and a practical way to collect the details of each renovation enquiry.
What we did
We created a website with service pages, project examples and an enquiry form covering the type of work, budget and supporting photos. A client management environment gives enquiries and project information a central place.
What it does
People can show what they have in mind before a site visit. The team can keep the customer context with the enquiry as the project develops.

“We need more than a name and phone number when someone asks about a renovation. The website helps people explain the work and send photos. The team gave our enquiries a clear structure that makes sense for our business.”

Tropical groceries

Badri’s Tropical Deals

Webshop and inventory management

Badri’s Tropical Deals offers tropical groceries and other shop products. The project brings the product range and the stock work behind it into a connected setup.

What was there
Product categories, variants and offers needed a clear online presentation, supported by an organised view of inventory.
What we did
We built the webshop around categories, product options, prices and weekly offers. The inventory management environment supports the stock side of that range, giving the team a place to maintain product quantities and availability.
What it does
Customers can browse the range and choose the products they need. The team has a practical overview for keeping the catalogue and its stock information organised.

“We have a varied range, so it matters that customers can find the right product and size. The shop looks clear and the stock overview suits the way we work. The team thought about the practical side as well as the presentation.”

Takeaway and catering

Badri’s Kitchen

Website and order management

Badri’s Kitchen serves Surinamese sandwiches, snacks, roti and catering in Almere. The project connects the customer’s order with the team preparing it.

What was there
The menu, pickup and delivery choices needed a clear route into an organised kitchen workflow.
What we did
We created a website with takeout ordering and catering enquiries. The order management environment brings preparation stages and pickup or delivery information together, so the kitchen can work from a shared order overview.
What it does
Customers can choose how they want their food. The team can follow each order through preparation with the relevant fulfilment details alongside it.

“During a busy shift you want to see what needs preparing and whether it is for pickup or delivery. That is the part we care about. The Rezamone team understood this and built something that feels practical for our kitchen.”

Piano lessons

PianoAanHuis

Website and student progress management

PianoAanHuis offers lessons at home in Rotterdam, Schiedam and Vlaardingen. The project gives prospective students a clear introduction and supports the guidance that follows.

What was there
New students needed to understand the lessons and packages, while ongoing teaching needed a dedicated place for student progress.
What we did
We created a website explaining the lessons, prices, packages and trial lesson options. A separate progress environment supports lesson notes, learning goals and the development of each student.
What it does
People can find a suitable starting point and request a lesson. The teaching side has a consistent place to follow progress over time. The website has also brought in new enquiries.

“The website explains my piano lessons in a way that feels like me. I have received new enquiries since it went live, which is lovely to see. The team also paid attention to how I keep track of my students, not only to how the website looks.”

Dance studio

SOSO DanceStudio

Website and studio booking

SOSO DanceStudio offers children’s dance classes in Lelystad and makes its space available for hire. The project gives both activities a clear place online.

What was there
Parents needed a clear route to lessons and trial sessions, while people hiring the studio needed to see the available times.
What we did
We created the website around the classes, trial lessons and enrolment. The hall hire flow shows a calendar, time selection and booking details, giving studio rental its own structured route.
What it does
Visitors can find the right information for a child’s class or a studio booking. Rental requests arrive with the intended date and time already included.

“Our website has to work for parents as well as people who want to hire the studio. The team kept those two routes clear. It looks like SOSO, and visitors can find what they need without us explaining everything first.”

Taxi operations

Taxi Lelystad

Private taxi dispatch platform

This private platform supports the daily coordination of a taxi business. It brings the booking, the available driver and the ongoing journey into one operational view.

What was there
The starting requirement was to connect bookings and driver availability with live journey information, supported by automatic assignments and customer updates.
What we did
We brought bookings, driver availability and live tracking together in a taxi management platform. Automatic job assignments and customer updates support the dispatch workflow, while the team follows ongoing journeys from one overview.
What it does
Dispatch can see what is booked, who is available and which journeys are under way. Automatic assignments and customer updates support the coordination around each trip.

“The Rezamone team understood what we needed for our taxi business. They brought bookings, driver availability and live tracking together, with automatic job assignments and customer updates. We spend less time coordinating everything manually and have a much clearer overview. Really happy with the result and how the team worked with us!”

Financial administration

MVV Finance

Private finance SaaS platform

MVV Finance needed a central view of its financial administration. The project brings revenue, outstanding invoices and payments into one working environment.

What was there
The starting requirement was to simplify administrative processes and make the financial position easier to understand at a glance.
What we did
We developed a private SaaS platform that brings revenue information, unpaid invoices and payments into a shared dashboard. The structure follows the way the team wants to review its administration and the items that need attention.
What it does
The team can review revenue, outstanding invoices and payments together. Items that need attention have a visible place in the administration.

“Working with Rezamone on the development of our SaaS platform was a very good experience. From the start, they looked closely at how we could simplify our processes and create a clearer view of our administration. The platform now gives us an at-a-glance view of revenue, outstanding invoices and payments. Everything is in one place, which helps us work faster and make fewer mistakes. What we particularly appreciate is that Rezamone thinks with us about how the business can work more efficiently. The result feels logical, professional and suited to how we work. We are very happy with the collaboration and the result.”

Restaurant

Restaurant El Camino

Website, kitchen workflow and content

El Camino serves Spanish and Ecuadorian food in Almere. The project gives guests routes to the menu, reservations and orders, with supporting tools for the service team.

What was there
Dining in, takeaway, delivery and catering needed a clear presentation, with an organised view of orders behind the scenes.
What we did
We created the website around the menu, table reservations, online orders and event services. A kitchen workflow supports order preparation, while food and restaurant content keep the online presentation connected to the dining experience.
What it does
Guests can choose how they want to enjoy the food. The team can follow order preparation through a consistent workflow alongside the restaurant’s public channels.

“People visit us for different reasons: dinner, an order to take home or catering for an event. The website makes those choices clear. The team paid attention to our food and to what happens during service, which we really appreciate.”

Catering

El Catering

Website and event quotation flow

El Catering provides Spanish and Latin American food for events in Almere and beyond. The website helps visitors explore the catering and explain the event they are planning.

What was there
People needed to compare the catering options and supply the basic event details before a quotation conversation.
What we did
We created the website around buffets, live paella and small bites. A guided quotation request gathers the event type, date and further requirements in a structured sequence.
What it does
Visitors can understand the offer and begin an enquiry with useful event details. The catering team has a clearer starting point for a tailored response.

“An event enquiry needs a little more context than “we need food”. The website shows what we can provide and the quotation steps help people explain their plans. It is a good starting point for the conversation with a client.”

Food retail and distribution

Doksa Express

Webshop and international inventory booking

Doksa Express offers Surinamese food products online. The project connects product selection and ordering with an internal view of stock and allocation.

What was there
The public product range needed to connect to an organised process for recording inventory and allocating it to orders.
What we did
We created the webshop with categories, product variants, prices and an ordering route. The wider project includes an international inventory booking environment for recording stock movements and keeping the associated order information together.
What it does
Customers can browse and select the products they want. Internally, the team has a structured place to follow stock allocations and the orders they relate to.

“Product variants and stock need to stay understandable when you handle several orders. Rezamone looked at that side of the business as well as the webshop. We like having a clear place for the product information and the work behind each order.”

Driving school and private booking workflow

Key4all

Website and separate RDW related booking system

Key4all’s public website explains its driving lessons in Lelystad and Almere. Alongside that website, the project includes a separate private RDW related workflow.

What was there
Prospective pupils needed clear lesson information. A separate operational process needed a private place for booking information and its progress.
What we did
We created the public website around lesson packages, trial lesson enquiries and a driving cost calculator. A separate private environment supports the RDW related booking process, with its own place for bookings and their progress.
What it does
Pupils can explore the driving school and make an enquiry. The separate system gives the relevant team a dedicated place to manage its RDW related booking workflow.

“The team kept the different parts of our project clear. The driving school website is easy to understand, and the separate booking environment has its own purpose. We appreciated being able to explain both sides and work through them with the same team.”

Barbershop

John’s Cutz

Website and reservation management

John’s Cutz is a barbershop in Lelystad. The project helps customers understand the services and choose a next step, while giving appointments a consistent structure.

What was there
Customers needed clear services, prices and appointment information, with a practical view of reservations for the barber.
What we did
We created the website with services, prices, appointment routes, a style gallery and contact details. The reservation management environment supports the organisation of appointments by service and duration.
What it does
Customers can see what they can book before getting in touch. The barber has a structured way to follow the appointments that make up the working day.

“I wanted something that feels like my shop, with the services and booking route easy to find. That is what the team delivered. The website represents my work well and the appointment structure is practical for my day.”

Private chef

Aarōmafood

Website and ingredient inventory management

Aaron Auping offers private dining through Aarōmafood in Rotterdam and the surrounding area. The project connects the dining presentation with the preparation behind an event.

What was there
Potential guests needed to understand the dining experience, while the chef needed a practical view of ingredients and preparation.
What we did
We created a website presenting the chef, menus and dining enquiries. A separate inventory environment supports the ingredient side of the work, keeping stock information available alongside the planning of preparation.
What it does
Guests can explore the experience and explain their plans. Behind the scenes, the chef has a dedicated place to organise ingredient information for the work ahead.

“For me, the website had to convey the experience around the food. The team understood that and gave my work room to speak. They also looked at the practical preparation behind it. I am pleased with how those two sides fit together.”

Music portfolio

YGI Sounds

Music portfolio presentation with upgrade pending

YGI Sounds is the portfolio project for Eldry Isenia. The public page currently announces what is coming, while the fuller music presentation remains an upcoming upgrade.

What was there
The project needed a recognisable place to introduce the artist and prepare visitors for a fuller presentation of the work.
What we did
We created the current coming-soon presence and shaped the direction for the music portfolio. The planned presentation gives the artist’s work and identity a central place, with room for a fuller music showcase in the next release.
What it does
Visitors have a real public destination now. The portfolio direction provides a basis for presenting the music more fully when the upgrade is ready.

“I wanted a place online that feels like my work. The team helped me find a direction without trying to make it look like everyone else. The first page is up, and I am looking forward to developing the portfolio further.”

Mobile coffee and events

Bakkie Bruintjes

Website and guided event enquiry

Manon brings specialty coffee and homemade bites to events through Bakkie Bruintjes. The project helps people understand the offer and describe the coffee moment they are planning.

What was there
Different occasions needed a clear introduction, with a way to collect the practical event details at the start of an enquiry.
What we did
We created the website around coffee on location and freelance barista services. A guided event enquiry collects the occasion and its details step by step, giving visitors a clearer route into a quotation conversation.
What it does
Visitors can recognise which service fits their event. Manon receives a more structured starting point for discussing the occasion and the coffee setup.

“The website feels warm and personal, which is exactly how I want Bakkie Bruintjes to come across. People can see what I offer and tell me about their event through the booking steps. It gives me a lovely place to send someone who is curious.”
